He holds technical certifications, including Cisco CCNP Enterprise, and brings strategic clarity and real-world technical credibility to every search. His approach is precise, thoughtful, and focused on matching organizations with leaders who can deliver lasting impact.

Jade Bracey is a vital member of our back-office team, with over a decade of experience in human resources, business analysis, and staffing support. She handles logistics for search projects, coordinating schedules, meetings, and communications. Jade manages timelines and documentation to keep projects on track, allowing recruiters and hiring managers to focus on candidates while she manages operational tasks.
Jordan McCants is an experienced IT professional, mentor, and founder of The Manhattan Group—a boutique firm dedicated to connecting technology leaders with valuable opportunities. Her IT career began after earning an associate’s degree in computer information systems and completing the Cisco Networking program. She later earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational management and an MBA.
Jordan now blends her technical expertise with a strong commitment to leadership development, supporting others as they build confidence, enhance their presence, and increase their impact. She is especially passionate about inspiring the next generation of tech professionals to see new possibilities and pursue careers that offer both stability and purpose.
