This work is personal for me.
I built my career in technology from the ground up—starting in desktop support and advancing into Information Security leadership, where I led, supported, and advised in high-stakes environments.
Over more than 20 years, I earned a seat at the table in rooms where critical decisions were made, partnering closely with leaders responsible for protecting systems, people, and business continuity. That journey not only shaped my expertise—it transformed the trajectory of my life and created a foundation of stability, opportunity, and long-term impact for my family.
My IT career shaped my expertise and changed the trajectory of my life, bringing stability, opportunity, and long-term impact for my family.
Throughout my career, I noticed a consistent gap. Organizations were hiring leaders based on technical expertise—but often overlooking the presence, influence, and emotional intelligence required to lead effectively at the executive level.
I partner with organizations to identify leaders who not only meet the technical requirements—but who can influence, align, and lead with authority.
Because the truth is—
the right doors don’t open by chance.
They open when the right leader is prepared, positioned, and ready to walk through them.
Today, as the founder of The Manhattan Group, my work sits at the intersection of executive search and leadership positioning.
I saw highly capable professionals overlooked, and others placed into roles they weren’t fully prepared to carry.
That realization led me to begin working more directly with professionals through leadership coaching. But it quickly became clear—this wasn’t just about developing leaders after they were hired.
It was about ensuring the right leaders were selected in the first place—and positioned to succeed before they ever stepped into the room.
It’s a place where how you show up matters, where confidence is quiet yet unmistakable, and where positioning can shape an entire career.
We're not just placing talent—but curating it. Not just opening doors—but preparing leaders to walk through them with clarity and confidence. Not just filling roles—but aligning people with opportunities where they can truly lead, influence, and deliver.
The name itself is deeply personal. Manhattan has always resonated with me—a standard of grit and grace.
That same standard defines The Manhattan Group (Tech Talent Partners).
